2. External links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the material on those websites. We are not responsible for the content of external sites and you access them at your own risk. You must not establish a link from any website that you do not own, and you may not frame our site without prior written consent.
3. Reliance on information
Commentary and other materials on our website are for general information only. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied on. We disclaim all liability and responsibility for reliance placed on such materials.
4. Intellectual property
We own or license all copyright and related rights, including database rights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the website and its contents. Contents include text, graphics, case studies, logos and all information available on the site.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, you may view, download, copy or print text or graphics from the website only for the purpose of enquiring about JHMF services. You must not remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
You must not modify printed or digital copies of materials you download. You must not use illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or graphics separately from accompanying text. You must not use content in a way that creates a false or misleading impression of JHMF.
You must not use any part of the materials on our website for commercial purposes without a licence from us or our licensors. Except as permitted above, you agree not to copy, reproduce, store in any medium, distribute, transmit, modify, alter, create derivative works from or edit any part of the website without our prior written consent.
5. Specific prohibitions
You must not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website. You must not attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software that forms part of the website. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict their use of the site.
6. Liability
The website and its content are provided for general information. Although we take care in preparing the site and its content, we do not guarantee that the content will always be current or free from errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranties, representations or undertakings, express or implied, regarding the website or its content, including accuracy, reliability, suitability, quality, availability or completeness.
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability in relation to the website or its content, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, including without limitation any indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses such as loss of profits, data, business or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We do not represent that content may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside England and Wales. The site is directed at users who access it from England and Wales. If you access the site from other locations you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
7. Viruses, misuse and security
We use reasonable efforts to ensure the website does not contain errors, viruses, malicious code or harmful components and that it operates without interruption. We cannot guarantee this. You should virus-check all materials downloaded from the site and maintain appropriate security protections.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for damage or loss arising from errors, viruses, malicious code or harmful components, or from interruptions to the operation of the site.
You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses, malware or other harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is hosted or any server, computer or database connected to it. You must not attack the site via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack. Breach of this provision may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report breaches to law enforcement and cooperate by disclosing your identity. Your right to use the site will end immediately if you breach this provision.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the website immediately if, in our sole discretion, you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we consider unacceptable.
9. Service scope and consultations
JHMF provides a tailored B2B LinkedIn lead generation service. Every programme is scoped by consultation. We do not publish fixed pricing. Any statements on the site describing inclusions are illustrative only and subject to a written proposal or agreement.
10. Refund policy and audience selection
This section applies to services where we build or validate target audiences or run outreach on your behalf.
10.1 General provisions
If you are not satisfied with a purchase or service from JHMF, you may request a refund subject to the conditions in this policy.
10.2 Eligibility for refund
To qualify for a refund:
You must submit the request within 14 days of the purchase date.
For digital services, you must not have accessed or used the deliverable.
You must provide proof of purchase on request.
10.3 Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to subscription services after the first month or after the first renewal month.
10.4 Processing refunds
If your refund is approved, we will credit the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider.
10.5 Late or missing refunds
If a refund is delayed, check with your bank or card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@jhmarketingfutures.co.uk.
10.6 Additional fees for built audiences
Because building a targeted audience requires time and resources, any approved refund will incur an additional charge of £400 per audience that has been built by our team.
10.7 Audience selection process
We agree selection criteria and filters with you before building.
Once criteria are approved and data collection begins, changes may require a restart and additional time.
Typical build time is five working days from final criteria.
10.8 Amendments after start
Client-initiated changes after data collection starts usually require a restart and add three to four working days.
To avoid delays, please review and finalise criteria before confirming the build.
10.9 No-refund once build is underway
Once the audience build has commenced, the service is considered delivered in good faith against the agreed criteria. We operate a no-refund policy at that stage.
10.10 Exceptional circumstances
If the delivered audience materially deviates from the agreed criteria, we will work with you to resolve it, which may include adjusting data at no extra charge depending on the circumstances.
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
11. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing services from JH Marketing Futures Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and any service policies referenced. This includes acceptance of applicable charges, timeframes, amendment fees and the no-refund rule once delivery has commenced.
Completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Please review service details and confirm your requirements before placing an order.
